[Japanese Confederation]

"I wouldn't call it pathetic..." The captain of the main (surviving) Japanese-Terran Frigate, The Elucidator, mumbled to himself.
The remaining Japanese-Terran forces restocked their ships with the bioweapon, and then went to clear out the rest of the Japanese-Terrn colonies. They made quick work of the Undine. Afterwards, the rest of the ships are dispatched to help wherever they were need, no matter whether it was Japanese-Terran front or not.

[Undine Prime]

The Undine fleet above Jupiter was decimated, all remaining Undine ships fled back to their own territory. This was the end of the Undine's attempted invasion of Earth.

"You cannot defeat the Undine! We shall return, and this time your pathetic virus will not save you!" Their fleet commander howled as his vessel exploded, killing him instantly.

[The Galactic Empire]

The remaining Imperial Navy forces combined with the Japanese/Terran forces and pursued the Undine where their weapons met above Jupiter. The Undine fleet was quickly and cleanly destroyed, now that their ships could no longer function properly.

[Undine Prime]

The Torpedoes find their mark as they impact against the unprepared Undine, the virus infects their ships causing them to malfunction. The Undine warships began to falter, many of them collided with one another and exploded. The remaining Undine ships began to retreat towards Jupiter, where they regrouped to try to purge the virus from their ships. The Undine themselves became infected and began to die when they came in contact with their control consoles.

[Japanese Confederation]

Upon finding out about the explosion, the scientists work even more to develop the Nano-virus. Another computer simulation is executed, and it shows that all intended targets of the virus will get hit, and the virus will not be detected.
It is complete.
The engineers have the capsules and torpedoes built, and the Nano-virus is ready to be loaded.
The launch cews evacuate the facility, and leave them so the Nano-virus launch crew can do their stuff.
Only those authorized to work wth the torpedo (this being the scoentists, engineers, and a select few of the missile crew [they too were tested do, and are not Undine]) will be able to enter the launch facilities. This is to prevent any sabotage by the Undines.
The missile crew loads the torpedoes, and begin to prepare to fire them straight into clusters of the Undine ships to maximize effect.
"3...2...1... FIRE!"
The torpedoes go rocketing up into space, swerving back and forth to avoid interception. The torpedoes make it to their target and detonate, sending the Nano-virus in all directions.

[Undine Prime]

Soon after the torpedoes left Earth orbit the Undine detected them, they mistook the hibernating humans as dead humans... paying no attention to them. One Undine vessel destroyed three of the torpedoes as target practice before the torpedoes jumped into Hyperspace. The Star Destroyer in dry dock was targeted and destroyed by orbiting Undine warships, killing all who were still aboard. The Star Destroyer exploded, the explosion was the equivalent of a 40 Megaton Nuclear Blast. The dry dock, all nearby ships under repair, and everything within a 20 mile radius was essentially gone... only a smoldering crater of hazardous material remained.

[The Galactic Empire]

The volunteers are escorted to an Imperial Star Destroyer in dry-dock on Earth, (it was severely damaged by the Undine and was pulled into Earth's atmosphere, luckily it was intact enough to not crash and cause massive devastation.) The volunteers were loaded into the modified torpedoes and the secret information was encoded into their DNA.

An Imperial stood by while the torpedo launchers were prepped for atmosphere launch, he looked at the faces of the brave men and women offering their lives for a worthy cause. He began to speak, "You all are brave, but not all of you will return home. The Undine will most assuredly kill some of you before you even leave this system. If you are captured, your torpedo has been designed to detonate if it detects Undine DNA within five feet or if they attempt to transport you out of the pod. These torpedoes are used to launch our dead into space during deployments, we have added life support and they are equipped with Hyperdrives to shorten the length of your journey. You will be put into hibernation so you don't go insane on your way there. Our allies do not know you are coming but the Imperial garrisons you are being sent to will know how to revive you safely." A doctor went around to each volunteer and injected them with the hibernation fluid, soon the volunteers were hibernating and ready for launch. The torpedoes were sealed and launched shortly after.

[Japanese Confederation]

Around 15 Japanese-Terran Pilots volunteer for the mission. They have been tested, and are not Undine. If the Imperials wish, the volunteers will take part in the mission to bring information to the alies.

[The Galactic Empire]

An Imperial comes up with a way to deliver this information to their allies. They will modify a torpedo to fit a human with minimal life support, it is small enough to not be noticed by the Undine but fast enough to get to its destination on time. To keep the information secure, they will use a DNA encoder which will encode the information to look like DNA, they will inject it into the messenger's body and it will be hidden inside their own DNA (the exact process is very complicated, but it proved successful for the Klingons before their defeat at the hands of the Empire as this method is undetectable.) Several messengers will be sent to each ally, in the event one or more are destroyed.

[Japanese Confederation]

Japanese-Terran engineers heed the Imperial advice, and begin production of a new torpedo designed specifically to carry the Nano-Virus. The torpedoes are also being produced to work with any form of cruiser, thus making it easier to fight the enemy, and eventually help out the other invaded countries.
Scientists have made great progress on the Nano-Virus. Computer simulations of the current product show it will work, but will not assault the brain. It also still has a chance of being detected by the immune system of the organism it is attacking.

The Imperial garrison on Earth sends geneticists and weapons development experts to assist the Japanese-Terran scientists. The Imperial weapons developers recommend using torpedoes instead of missiles since torpedoes are much more maneuverable and will have a much better chance at reaching their targets. They inform the Japanese-Terran leaders that Fedonia has in its possession, a dead Undine and bio-ship as well as prototype bio-weapons given to them by the Empire. The bio-weapons the Fedonians have will not be enough to stop the Undine, a secure method of communication must be established in order to share the progress made by all members of the alliance. The Galactic Empire reports that the Trans-Warp network has been destroyed by the Undine, making travel from one side of the Galaxy to the other take much longer than before so Trans-Warp is no longer an option for information sharing.

Japanese-Terran Scientists and Engineers start working on new bioweapons, which are being designed specifically for use on the Undine. The scientists and engineers have to go deep down, into a bunker which has only be used once before, and is designed for situations like this. All pesonel have their DNA tested before entering, thus making sure they are actually humans and not the Undine.
The bio-weapon is being designed as a form of a Nano-virus. A microscopic machine capable of getting into blood streams and shutting down certain organs, while leaving other organs completley unharmed. The Nano-virus will be designed to imitate the organisms electrochemical signatures, so that it wont be detected by the organism's immune system.
The Nano-virus, designated NV-971A, will enter the body. Several will be in one body at a time, to maximize effect. It will get into the blood stream, and go for 3 targets- The Heart, Brain, and Lungs. In theory, it will disable their ability to breath, the ability for their heart to circulate blood (which is extremely dangerous to any organism), and shut down the bodies senses and and nerves, practically paralyzingly the organism infected with the Nano-virus.
Once NV-971A is completed, it will be loaded on to a modified Nimbus missile. It will reach the target coordinates, and the missile will detonate. It won't explode, but rather, it will detonate and send thousands of tiny capsules containing the Nano-virus in all different directions. The capsules have a self-destruct function, in order to prevent the virus from spreading where it shouldnt, and thus preventing it from dooming the Earth. The Imperials will be notified of this invention as soon as the enemy is gone above Earth (once travel is safe again, making it easier to ensure that the information does not fall into Undine hands), which would mean that the missile was a success.

[Undine Prime]

The Undine assassinate several Japanese and Terran officials, an attempt is made on the life of Shiba but it failed. The Undine assassin was apprehended as is now in Japanese custody, the alien refuses to communicate with interrogators and its bio-ship was found hidden in a forest West of Tokyo. The level of Undine infiltration of Japanese and Terran government agencies is unknown, but early reports indicate that it is possible the Undine have had spies on Earth for some time now.

The Undine target and assassinate numerous high ranking Imperial officers, no attempt is made on the life of Emperor Askaari. New Coruscant's government has also been infiltrated by the Undine.

A large fleet of Undine warships de-cloak and begin to attack Earth directly, they begin bombardments of major Terran cities world wide. The Japanese bio-weapons have little effect on the Undine warships, DNA samples from the Undine assassin and bio-ship have given the Japanese valuable information about the genetic makeup of the Undine. The bio-weapons must be improved before they can have a bigger impact.

The Imperial Navy, despite its best efforts, continues to retreat against the Undine onslaught. Several major fleets are lost in the process and 3 Super Star Destroyers are annihilated. Sector patrols have been discontinued as all Imperial Navy forces have been ordered back to Imperial space to defend, Emperor Askaari has declared a state of emergency and Martial Law is in effect. Sharing intelligence with the Japanese/Terran military, the Imperial Navy is making efforts to equip their warships with biological weapons as well. Imperial forces have been pulled out of the CSOC and sent to reinforce the Japanese Confederation, Fedonia and Idahria.

[Japanese Confederation]

The Japanese-Terran Fleet is almost completley obliterated when facing the Undine. There are no ships that can destroy the Undine.
But there are still planetary defense systems.
Traditionally, they are loaded with the Hades missile- a high explosive homing missile that is designed to practically vaporize an enemy warship. But, seeing as how the Hades can't get a single lock-on, a new type of weapon needs to be used.
As shown from early analysis in then battlefield, the enemy ships are practically living organisms. After receiving this information, High Command orders that the Planetary Defense Systems be loaded with Biologcal Weapons. The theory is that, since the Undine are obviously living organisms, and that their ships are practically organisms as well, Biological Weapons would penetrate into the ships and will kill all living organisms inside, as well as destroy the ship.
But defeating the enemies on the ground will be harder. The Undine can transform into any living organism, including humans. But what about robots? Technially they are not living organisms. In the vaults of Hugh Command, there are thousands of War Machine Prototypes, but all were unstable when given orders. They didn't always follow them, and would instead try to kill the people ordering them. This bug was ordered to be fix, but nobody knows if it was done correctly. They were never tested again. All the Terrans can do right now, is hope that it works.
The Biological Weapons are loaded and fired, using coordinates to target the enemies, instead of homing at a ship. Robot War Machines (not the Katprakhts, but actual robot foot infantry) are deployed at the ground locations to defend against the enemy. All Terran planets are put under planet-wide quarantine. Any non-Terran or non-Imprial ship that gets close will be shot at with Biological Weapons.

[Undine Prime]

Without notice and without provocation, thousands of unidentified vessels swarm through the colonies of the Galactic Empire and the Japanese Confederation, destroying everything they set their sights on. Every world is under siege, naval forces have been engaged and ground forces are under heavy fire. They broadcast the following message in all directions:

"All impure will be eliminated, the Undine shall reign supreme. Surrender now and accept your fate!"

The Imperial and Japanese weapons cannot get a proper lock on the Undine ships, which seem to be made completely out of bio-matter. The Undine infiltrate many of their starships without notice and sabotage vital systems, often causing catastrophic failure and destruction of the vessel. Large sections of the Galaxy are now under heavy siege.
