High Command declares National Emergncy!

The Japanese-Terran High Command (the name for the Japanese government, but not the country itself) has designated the ongoing invasion as "A clear threat to international stability."
"The Undine have shown an extremely aggressive stance to all those who inhabit this galaxy, and they must be defeated at any cost." The Head of Military Operations, Inaho Kaizuka, said earlier today.
With most of the Japanese-Terran fleet destroyed in the first attack, there is no way to fight them above the planet. However, new tactics are being used by the military to destroy the enemy.
In the meantime, High Command has declared a National Emergency, and all planets are under a quarantine- nobody without the proper codes gets in, nobody without the proper codes gets out.
