"Okay what if a Streonian ship came flying towards Fedonian or Terran space and had got past any safety precautions in the quarantine. What should authorities do about it? I'm asking just in case of such a event we're to happen."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"The Imperial Navy will impound the warships until they can be processed through our system. After all of the necessary documentation and bureaucratic processes have been cleared we will divvy up the ships amongst out three militaries. Since this was a joint operation everything will be shared. There's another thing I wanted to talk to you two about today and that's the Core worlds, or the center of the galaxy to be more specific. We are enacting a quarantine of the Core worlds, Imperial and Idahrian forces are the only authorized presence in that part of the galaxy. Updated maps with the quarantine zone have been transmitted to your data banks and navigation computers, we will share information regarding the Streonian Quarantine Zone as we deem acceptable. Our conflict with the Streonians has been going on for some time now, but they've already destroyed several planets and claimed countless billions of lives. We wont have them knowing more about our galaxy, the more about they know about us the more vulnerable our containment of them us. We're slowly tearing them down but we rely on the rest of you to keep your distance and to not investigate the quarantine zone, if they get their hands on your technology that is similar to ours.. it could destroy everything the Empire has worked to build and the galaxy along with it. The Streonians want to cleanse the universe of all life, claiming that we are a plague. Any and all ships will be fired upon if detected within the Quarantine Zone, this includes civilian and allied ships. Allied vessels will be warned to vacate before we open fire, but your vessels should already know not to go near that area."
Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"Okay I'll let them know he going to taken to a prison on Soul Bia." Then Cleo notifies the m about change in plans with the prisoner. She gets a report of how many ships were captured from the enemy fleet. "We have captured around 40-50 ships of theirs from boarding including the flagship."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"You may take them as your prisoners if you want, we already have at least a hundred of their 'fleet admirals' in our lock up. If we were to take anymore it would be almost criminal. The taxpayers already have a big enough burden, we don't even take prisoners anymore unless they actually have good information.. which is rare. It is terrible this had to happen at a time like this though, it is a pain having a capital planet so well known. Everyone thinks they can conquer and steal everything but they always prove themselves wrong."
Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"I agree with Inaho. Fedonians are also still getting use to a bigger battlegrounds. This battle was the first major space battle Fedonians were involved in." Cleo revives a message. "The enemy admiral has been captured by Fedonian boarding party. we are going to hand him over to imperial custody."

"There is definitely room for improvement. While we did do well together, we didn't coordinate as much as we should. We ordered our fleet to do things without seeing if that conflicts with the other's plans. However, sometimes we wouldn't have time to do so."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Once Lady Denfly and Commander Inaho were in the room Emperor Askaari sat down at the table in the center.
"Please have a seat." Emperor Askaari gestured to seats at a table in the center of the rectangular room. The table was round and large, there were three seats all positioned equal lengths from each other. So any three people that sat at this table would be seated as equals. Miniature holograms representing their government's flags were placed at each seat, Lady Denfly would be seated to Emperor Askaari's left while Commander Inaho was seated to Emperor Askaari's right. Their seats represented their position in the galaxy relative to the Empire. Everything in the room had some type of significance.
"I'd like to hear your thoughts on what just happened out there. We were thrust into battle alongside each other and I think we coordinate well considering how little our navies interact." He waited patiently for his allies to gather their thoughts and to speak their mind.

Inaho just stared in awe for a few moments, before ordering the rest of the Japanse fleet to regroup at it's original position. All fighters and mechs returned to their hangers. He then followed Emperor Askaari.

"That's fine, do it. If your mechs are lost we are not to blame. If I had not directly answered your question it may mean that I'm trying to be polite instead of saying that it would be a foolish decision considering what we are about to do." The Emperor turned to GA Tillisk. "Admiral, is the weapon ready?"
"Yes, Your Highness." He replied.
"Fire at will." The Emperor said with malice.
A massive cannon began to emerge from the Emancipator's hull, the massive armor plates of the ship moved out of the way automatically as the weapon emerged. It was as large as an average space station. It erupted with a horrible ray of blood red light, splintering into a hundred different beams at the Emancipator's forward most section which then struck enemy ships and obliterated them. For a long silence all of the weapons stopped firing, the enemy position was concealed by an enormous cloud of smoke and debris.
"Landing parties, respond. This is the Emancipator, please respond." A crewman over at the communications station repeated over and over.
"We're here Emancipator, it's all clear on our end. No sign of enemy resistance, I think they're beat." A voice responded statically over the device.
"Move the fleet in closer, full spectrum sensor sweep of the area. I'll be in the conference room with my associates, you can handle mop up." The Emperor told Tillisk. Askaari gestured for his visitors to follow him. "I'd like to just see the two of you, everyone else can stay behind."

"Emperor Askaari, several of my squads are reporting that they have taken several enemy battle cruisers, and are about to return fire on other battlecruisers."
Inaho speaks to one of the carriers through comms, in Japanese. Eventually, he says, "The Kataprahkts are about to launch. They're essentially flying mechs. Their job is to fly into these carrieds and take over landings ones for your imperial Marine Pods

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"Grand Admiral Tillisk, are we in transporter range?" Emperor Askaari asked Tillisk who shook his head to say no as he was busy coordinating the battle. "I certainly hope we are not, for if we were.. the K'Dhajax would have already attempted to board the ship. We wont use transporters with so many energy dischargers in the local area, we will keep using our marine pods. The enemy may be a terrible tactician, but even one average K'Dhajax could tear a Star Destroyer in pieces. They get on board and access a computer terminal, from there they take control of ship's functions and next thing you know it.. poof. They think they know what they're doing, but in reality they don't know how to take control of our ships.. just their self destruct, engine stability, inertial dampeners.. things that can cripple a capital ship. " Emperor Askaari explains.
Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Cleo notice the fire on the Ambassador. She pulls up level three shields and she starts speaking an ancient Fedonian language. The captain then launched drones to protect the Ambassador. Cleo gives word to the transports to send the mechs out. Then A half million Mechs come flying out the side of the transports. Some mechs shoot and destroy any kamikaze attacks on them. While the rest start landing on some of the enemy battleships. 500 Mechs seem to to have boarded the enemy flagship. Where some of the teams of mechs that boarded ships they plant stakes that transmit a locking signal for teleporters so troops can board the ship. "Emperor Askaari some of our mechs have boarded enemy battleships. We also think around 5 teams have landed on the enemy flagship and we are sending more mechs to that ship. The enemy knows the mechs are there and deploying defence normally used against regular troops. We are predicting all ships we have boarded will be taken within the next fifteen minutes."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"Supreme Commander," Grand Admiral Tillisk speaks up, "might I suggest deployment of Imperial Marines? I think it would be best if we could salvage some of their vessels for target practice."
"Indeed you may deploy the Marines. We could save some credits this way, ensure that once any allied boarding parties are on an enemy vessel direct allied firepower away from them." Emperor Askaari ordered, still watching the battle map intently.
Tillisk stepped towards the starboard side crew pit to give the instructions. Within a few minutes RIPs (Rapid Insertion Pods) were racing towards K'Dhajax battleships, the marines on board were instructed to do as little damage to the ships they were boarding as possible.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Several Japanse fighters change course and try to intercept the incoming fighters.
"Spirit of Earth, redirect all laser fire to the incoming kamikaze fighters. And pleased, dont hit the Emancipator" Inaho orders over personal comms (an earpiece with a microphone).
The Japanese fighters open fire and manage to take out several of the enemy fighters, as laser fire from the Japanse Ships also hit and help the Imperials destroy the incoming fighters.
One of the gunships notices a breach in an K'Dhajx cruisers. The gunship pulls up and Space Marines pile out and attempt to capture th cruiser. They notify the three leaders on the Emancipator  of the progress they're making throughout the way, clearing rooms leading up to the bridge.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"I suppose your ships should help. Very well, order your ships to engage but keep within ten kilometers of our ships. If any ships decide they're going to explode you don't want to be too close to each other." Ram says as he looks at the battle displayed large hologram displayed before them. "This enemy is weak and foolish, we shouldn't be in any real danger. They've attacked New Coruscant seven times within the last year, each time with a larger fleet. But their technology and strategy always proves to be inferior. Notice how none of their ships have begun to maneuver. They're trying to follow a basic blockade but have left both of their flanks open.. they fail at making any type of tactical decisions. So we just brush them off every time they show up, it would be good training if it wasn't so costly on both human life and our coffers."
One of the K'Dhajax carriers exploded in a brilliant flash of light, taking one of its own battleships with it. The TIE Bombers have reached the enemy fleet alongside the Fedonian fighters, they were now unloading their payloads on the enemy ships and the K'Dhajax fleet was paying the price for their ignorance. Bombs made to slice through shields and armor raced towards vulnerable points in defenses, K'Dhajax crew were sucked out into space or incinerated as their ships exploded when their warp cores were compromised. The enemy was taking heavy damage while the allied fleet was taking far less damage.
The K'Dhajax began to concentrate their fire on the Fedonian command ship, in the hopes of causing disorder amongst their fighters that had moved to support the TIE Bombers. At the same time K'Dhajax fighters had finally launched and were heading directly for the Emancipator
"What in the hell are they doing?" Tillisk asked as he noticed the red blips on the hologram racing toward them. "Are they really sacrificing their fighters?"
"Perhaps they have other designs. Increase forward battery fire, defend the deflector shield generators. I don't want anything getting anywhere close to the bridge, this ship may be invincible but we're not if there is a hull breach on the bridge. They may be trying their hand at a Kamikaze maneuver, poor bastards." Ram told the other leaders as he pointed at the group of red blips steadily being mowed down by Imperial AF (Anti-Fighter) batteries.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Following after the Fedonians, several cruisers and carriers break away from the Terran fleet and begin engagement. The Spirit of Earth provides long range support with homming torpedoes. The fighters launch from the carriers and begin attacking weak points on the enemy's ships, and also engage the enemy's fighters. Troop transports containing the land units leave warp just outside of the battle, and several dropships deploy with Space Marines on board, and prepare to deploy wherever a breach in an enemy cruiser is detected.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Cleo sends a message to both Fedonian carriers. Then around 30 divisions of 10 fighters come flying out of the carriers. And go join the fight. "Emperor Askaari I know you requested us to stand guard. But I've sent 300 of the Fedonian fighters into the battle to provide support for the TIE bombers. I'm prepared to send more ships into the battle if necessary. If you need support I might request a mobilization of the mechs to board the enemy ships. If my forces capture any ship that enemy currently holds we will integrate them into our fleet. It's always good to have the help of allies when battle breaks out."

"Emperor Askaari, some of my fleet can divert their course and attack the enemy if we need it. They can easily move down their and discharge heavy weapons. I want them to be of use, since we brought them. They were an escort, so I want to let them be one, and help us get out of here safely."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"I apologize but we did not assemble here today to discuss the Force. However, we may discuss it at a later date if you wish. Perhaps when I visit Soul Bia I shall discuss it with you." There were now on the command bridge.
"Supreme Commander on deck!" An officer next to the turbolift declared to the room as the turbolift doors opened. Everyone on the bridge snapped to attention.
"Carry on." Emperor Askaari ordered them with a quick salute, everyone went back to their business. "Grand Admiral Tillisk, have the transwarp instructions been relayed to the Terran and Fedonian fleets?"
"Yes sir. All ships are slaved into our nav computer and reporting green light status for transwarp." Tillisk reports.
"Roger that, take us out." Emperor Askaari, turned to his guests. "Soon we'll be entering trans-warp, a method used by the Borg to cross the great distances in short periods of time. The only problem with transwarp is that it's extremely difficult to perform maintenance since the conduits for transwarp are located in a different dimension essentially. Even the Borg only used them for emergencies. Anyway, it will take us directly to New Coruscant where you will join me in the Imperial Palace." The fleet began to move forward as a large green anomaly appeared in front of them.
"All hands, this is the captain. Prepare for trans-warp, lock all stations, secure all turrets, retract communications relays, close all blast doors and don't forget to secure anything that isn't already.. you know the drill." The Emancipator's captain announced over the intercom.
They had now entered the anomaly and were inside a different type of space, everything was a sickly green and there were no stars. The ship only shook slightly as it passed through subspace. They passed through the only things they could see outside of the ship, which were the conduit gates that guided vessels through subspace safely. The gates were hexagonal is shape and were made of a kind of blackened metal, but they passed by them too quickly to see them in better detail. In what only took them two minutes, they exited the conduit in orbit of New Coruscant.
What they saw was not what they expected, Emperor Askaari showed an obvious sign of shock on his face . New Coruscant was under attack.
Imperial warships and orbital gun platforms were shooting angrily at an alien fleet that outnumbered New Coruscant's defense fleet. The Emancipator and the rest of the allied fleet was positioned between the planet and the closest of the orbiting gun platforms, they were out of the line of fire for now.
"Can we identify those ships?" Tillisk asked an ensign in the port side crew pit of the command bridge.
"Yes sir, they are K'Dhajax. Their fleet has thirty two battleships, twelve carriers, fifty one destroyers and sixty cruisers. Orbital defense forces have already neutralized four battleships, two carriers, nine destroyers and seven cruisers." The ensign reports.
"Order the Terran and Fedonian ships to set course for low orbit and hold position. Launch all TIE units, I want fighter screens around every star destroyer. Bomber command can allocate their own targets. Tell all other vessels to engage at will and prime the superlaser." Emperor Askaari ordered.
Without another word the Terran and Fedonian ships moved into orbit close to New Coruscant while the Imperials began to engage the enemy fleet. All of the turbophasers on the Emancipator began to fire at the same time as the rest of her armada, a wall of green heavy phaser bolts quickly made contact with the enemy ships creating a spectacular display of explosions and shield impacts. The barrage continued as the TIE Bombers raced towards the enemy fleet, using the destruction taking place as a distraction to get past the enemy fighter screen and bomb the hell out of them.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"The Emancipator was built nearly fifty years ago at the Fondor shipyards. Three Executor class command ships were built by the Empire, the Emancipator is the only survivor of the three. It's an old ship, if it were not for the Borg technology we would have had to decommission her a decade age. A ship this large is more easily influenced by celestial bodies such as planets and stars. The stress of so many gravitational influences pulling at her would normally have cracked her in two years ago. The Emancipator is the only original vessel from our Origin Galaxy that is still in operation. Anything else that hasn't been scuttled or sold are in museums or junk yards. This ship is our history and our future." Emperor Askaari explains.
Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
"This is all very impressive. This ship must've taken years to make, and many more to upgrade to its current condition. And to think that this came from another galaxy... It all astounds me." Inaho pauses for a minute, still trying to absorb everything that Empeor Askaari has said. Being lost for words, he remains mostly quiet for the rest of the trip."

"This is Emperor Askaari, of the Galactic Empire and Supreme Commander of the Imperial Armed Forces. Welcome, you may each land a shuttle in hangar 12. We would use transporters to get you over here, but we have a reception planned for you. Please make your way over as soon as you are ready." Askaari finishes as the location of the specific hangar is relayed to the Terran and Fedonian command ships.
--
The Terran and Fedonian shuttles glide towards the 19000 Meter (11.8 Mile) long Super Star Destroyer, tractor beams locked on to the incoming shuttles and guided them safely into the hangar. Upon landing, they could see that the hangar was massive and almost large enough to fit several medium sized cruisers. Rows upon rows of Imperial fleet officers, Stormtroopers etc were lined up in an enormous formation in front of the shuttles. A broad path lead from the shuttles to the blast door leading to the rest of the ship, as the visiting leaders were exiting their shuttles Emperor Askaari made his way towards the shuttles down the path. He was followed closely by Grand Admiral Tillisk and several other admirals.

"Welcome aboard, I was hoping to meet the Terran head of state but a military ambassador shall do. Lady Denfly, thank you for attending this meeting. If you could follow me to the command bridge I will tell you some of the history behind this old relic."
The group follows Emperor Askaari through the hangar and out into a corridor, everything looked like some weird industrial alien technology.

"Now as you all know, Imperials are from an entirely different part of the universe.. almost the completely opposite side to be specific. You've all heard of the battle with the Borg that brought us here through unexplained circumstances. We were only able to beat the Borg by assimilating their technology, we used their own methods against them. With captured Borg technology we integrated into all of our starships we were able to destroy not only the Borg, but all threats to civilized society. This ship has regenerative armor that operates with an entirely separate power source, a quantum drive. I don't know the exact science behind it but it's rather impressive. Essentially, the Emancipator is invincible and the same goes for our Imperial four class Star Destroyers. It's costly to upgrade our ships so only the best units receive upgrades. We have access to six separate types of technology: Federation, Imperial, Klingon, Romulan and Borg. Our ships are the most advanced in all areas." Emperor Askaari stopped at an turbolift that could fit them all, it would take them directly to the command bridge and observation deck. It would take them five minutes to arrive at their destination.
The turbolift opened and they got. The doors closed and the five minute journey began.. thankfully there was none of that terrible elevator music.

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
A Japanese fleet of 1 flagship, 5 cruisers (armed with missiles that could tear a ship apart in one volley) and 10 carriers (carries a small squadron of 4 maneuverable and deadly fighters [known as some of the best fighters in the galaxy], one multi-purpose probe, as well as one medium sized heavy fighter) exit out of warp. The flagship, The Spirit of Earth, hails the Emancipator.
"Greetings, Emperor Askaari. I am Inaho Kaizuka, commander of the The Spirit of Earth, the main flagship of The Japanese Confederation." He looks out at the other ships in the JC fleet through the bridge's view port. "It may not look like a large and grand fleet, but this fleet has a long history of victorious space battles against our foes. Transports carrying large quantities of various land units will be exiting warp soon." He pauses for a minute. "I represent all of the Terran Republic. The land units on their way are donations to the Terran Republic Security Force by all the countries. Meaning that those units represent the other countries presence. But enough of this. I request permission to meet you on board the Emancipator, if at all possible."

Re: MARTIAL LAW - Meeting between Imperial, Fedonian and Terran leaders.
Cleo Denfly arrives with the bulk of the Fedonian military grade space ships. She opens a channel to the Emancipator, "I've brought along with me 12 troop transports full of troops and mechs, 10 cruisers, 8 destroyers, 5 battleships, 2 carriers, 500 capable space and air fighters, and the Ambassador which I'm on. This is the majority of the Fedonian military ships. We are predicting that we will have double the number we have by the end of the year. I'd like to request to meet you on the Emancipator. Emperor Askaari."
